Technical Project Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of our RODYSSEY platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for innovative educational technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full project lifecycle of RODYSSEY, from planning to execution and delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and AI specialists
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ensure alignment of project goals with overall business objectives
Implement and oversee agile methodologies for efficient project delivery

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in AI or EdTech sectors
Proficiency in at least one server-side programming language (e.g., NodeJs, Python, JavaScript, or C++)
Proficiency in at least one client-side framework/language (e.g., VueJS, ReactJS, jQuery)
Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts is a plus
Experience with agile project management methodologies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in prompt engineering for AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
Familiarity with AI-driven content creation
Experience working in a creative, fast-paced startup environment
